In an ever-changing world, many of us will struggle to cope with the day-to-day pressures of a modern lifestyle, or with events that have happened in the past. I understand that it isn’t easy to tell others about the difficulties you face. Talking through your problems with a counsellor, impartially and objectively, can often help.
I have a safe and confidential space in Church Crookham where I work alongside clients from all surrounding areas at a relaxed pace.
By upholding ethical and professional standards at all times, I have been able to help adults from all walks of life in addressing their problems and improving their wellbeing. It can be challenging for us to talk about the difficulties we face, and to burden others with our problems, but I believe that every client deserves to be heard.

My services as an adult counsellor can often focus on issues related to anxiety or addiction but I am always adaptable to how my clients feel and I can help them with any difficulties they are facing. The benefits of counselling are well-documented, and they can be used to make your journey through life significantly easier than it is now.
